| Enjoy US 163 through Monument Valley ,pretend your John Wayne!, in the heart of the Navajo Nation. Drive Route 66 from Ashfork (off I-40) to Topock. Watch out for the burros in Oatman, another mining town that refuses to die. Much like Tombstone in the south of the state. AZ 89A is good from Cottonwood to Flagstaff via Sedona. And finally don't forget AZ 64 from Cameron to Grand Canyon Village. Leave your car and take a walk to the rim of The Grand Canyon and be prpared to catch your mouth as it drops to the floor in total awe! |
